The team at Interior Deluxe is pleased to introduce the new Caboche range of ceiling lighting, the Caboche ceiling lamp by Foscarini, which is designed by Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto. This beautiful light consists of translucent globes which are manufactured in polymethylmetacrylate, and a shade in a white matt finish which allows the lamp to provide direct upward as well as downward light projection, while at the same time provide diffusion all through the space.
This new range of Caboche is a stylish, brilliant as well as multi faceted light, which creates a medley of refractions and a wonderful and awe-inspiring fusion of a variety of personalities contained within a single form which collimated to create the body and lighting effect of the lamp. The one hundred and eighty nine polymethylmethacrylate balls increase the intensity supplied by central lighting source, through an arrangement of ring layouts a intense light is reflected off the ceiling and then change direction by moving to the surface beneath.
A halogen bulb provides the light source, and creates a free flowing light pattern which freely illuminates the surrounding area, through the matt white glass screen, a most favorable diffusion of upward light is achieved, while the lower screen consist of a curved in shield, which prevents the bulb from a bright dazzling effect. The Cahoche light is a perfect accessory for a dining area. While at the same time is a perfect compliment in any home or a elegant public area.
The new range of Caboche lighting by Foscarini is the Caboche floor lamp, by designers Patricia Urquiola and Eliana Gerotto in 2006. The floor lamp consists of orbs of polymetylmetacrylate ordered in a concentric arrangement. These orbs or sphere multiply the brightness of the central light source. Maximum light diffusion is guaranteed by a screen which is manufactured in white satinized blown glass, and also prevents glare off this powerful lighting arrangement. This Caboche light is constructed with a solid base which is provided by the original design of the stem. The floor lamp is stylish, dazzling and versatile.
