I think I'm in LOVE with Full Spectrum Paint

The use of paint is a quick way to spruce up the look of a home. When I'm considering paint, I think about how I want the room to feel, what effect the light filtering into the room will have, and where the light is reflecting. It can be so difficult to choose the right colors. I've found that Full Spectrum Paint products offer the most natural, true hues. I also need to try the colors, first. Putting it up on the wall and watching it change colors throughout the day allows me to get the whole picture. I've really fallen in love with Full Spectrum. Full Spectrum paint doesn't have black or gray pigment. It's mixed the way you and I learned to mix paint in Art class - you use the opposite color on the color wheel to change a color. Of all the companies selling Full Spectrum Paint, I've found MY favorite. I'm luck enough to live in Tucson and I can visit Citron Paint anytime I want. I can get samples of paint (they sell 3oz pots) and try out the colors first. I'm having a love affair with Mr.Darcy, a deep blue that captures the elegance of the colors' namesake. I've also discovered Porch Light, which is a creamy, glowing yellow that reminds me of my mom, leaving the light on for me when I was a teen. There are so many wonerfull colors and none are dull or boring. I want to paint every wall a different color!! Anyway, I'd love to hear some other color "love stories".

I Think I'm In Love With Full Spectrum Paint

The color of a room sets the tone of one's attitude. It is kind of interesting to me how one can actually have a mood change just by being in a particular colored room. I always like to pick a color that will blend together the light fixtures and the window treatments and the items that are in that particular room. I try for light and cheery colors so as to pick up any "down" attitudes that might happen my way.
